Confidentiality and intended recipients
An email and its attachments may contain confidential business information, personal information or other protected material intended only for the addressed recipient. Use that information only for its intended purpose and within any applicable authorization or agreement.
If you received a message in error, notify the sender promptly and delete it and its attachments. Do not use, copy, disclose or distribute the information without authorization, except as permitted or required by applicable law. Any legal obligation to preserve records takes precedence over the request to delete them.
Privileged communications
Certain communications may qualify for attorney-client privilege, attorney work-product protection or another legal protection. Those protections apply only when their legal requirements are met. This notice does not create a privilege or an attorney-client relationship.
We do not intend an inadvertent disclosure to waive any protection that applies. Whether a disclosure affects privilege depends on applicable law and the circumstances, including the steps taken to prevent and address it. This notice alone does not guarantee that protection is preserved.
Legal entity information
Rebate Card X is a brand operated by TC Financial Resources LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Neither the brand nor the operator is a bank or card issuer. A brand name, email address or signature does not identify a separate legal entity or establish a banking, issuing or agency relationship.
Where a communication concerns a specific program or agreement, consult its documents for the contracting parties, responsibilities and applicable terms. An email does not by itself establish program approval or card availability.
Status of communications
Informational discussions, estimates and proposals should be read in their context. Whether an email creates a commitment depends on its content, the authority of the sender, applicable law and any agreement between the parties.
This notice does not amend an existing agreement, override a valid electronic signature or invalidate a binding commitment made by email. It does not change an agreed governing law or dispute-resolution provision.
Electronic communication risks
Email may be misdirected, intercepted, delayed, lost or altered. Messages, links and attachments can contain malicious content, and a familiar display name does not establish authenticity. No email system can guarantee complete security or error-free delivery.
Use appropriate caution before opening unexpected material. Verify unusual requests through a contact channel you already trust. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive credentials by email. Nothing in this notice excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Monitoring and retention
Business communications may be reviewed, retained or disclosed for legitimate security, operational, legal or regulatory purposes, only as permitted or required by applicable law and consistent with our privacy notice. This statement does not mean that every message is monitored or retained indefinitely.
Any monitoring must have a lawful basis under applicable United States federal and state rules and any other mandatory law. Receipt of this notice or continued correspondence is not treated as universal consent to interception or monitoring. This notice does not itself authorize access to another person's communications.
Rights and other email requirements
Nothing in this notice restricts a lawful report to authorities, a legally protected disclosure or a right that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not replace privacy obligations, applicable agreements or the notice, identification and opt-out requirements that may apply to commercial email under the CAN-SPAM Act.
An email is not classified as transactional or exempt from applicable requirements simply because this disclaimer appears below it.
Contact and privacy
For a misdirected email, reply to the sender without forwarding sensitive attachments. If a message appears suspicious, use our published contact details rather than contact information supplied in the suspicious message.
Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled and how to raise a privacy question. Use the contact page for other questions about this email notice.
