Role of TC Financial Resources LLC
TC Financial Resources LLC is the operator of the RebateCardX technology platform. It is not presented as a bank, card issuer, card network, merchant acquirer or regulator. No additional Lithic relationship is attributed unless and until final provider documents state it.
Lithic is the only issuing technology provider intended for initial activation. A production program remains unavailable until the applicable Lithic and sponsor-bank disclosures, responsibilities and approvals are complete.
Geography, currency and approval
Initial availability is restricted to US merchants, eligible US cardholders and USD. Merchant KYB, ownership review, sanctions controls, risk limits, provider assignment, campaign approval and sufficient prefunding are required before a financial feature can be activated.
Platform screens, API responses or marketing examples are not approvals, account balances, promises of issuance or guarantees that a transaction will be authorized.
Card and identity boundaries
Cardholder identity verification is delegated to the approved provider flow. RebateCardX stores only the minimum status and references needed to operate the claim and comply with assigned responsibilities.
The current platform does not activate a card-data reveal service and does not accept or store a complete card number, card security code or PIN. Portal card data is masked. Any future reveal capability requires explicit provider entitlement and an approved PCI scope before activation.
Funding, ledger and balances
Merchants fund program obligations separately from software billing. Rebate budgets, reserves, fees, settlements and card activity are recorded through balanced journals and reconciled to provider records.
No statement on this site claims that platform funds are deposits, insured, safeguarded or held in a particular account structure. Any such treatment and the responsible entity must be stated in final program documents.
Commerce and refund policy
Shopify is the priority commerce integration. WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce connections remain inactive for a merchant until that merchant provides and authorizes its own credentials.
Awards follow the conservative fulfillment and refund policy described in the platform terms. The platform does not automatically debit a cardholder following a post-issuance merchant refund.
Launch gates and questions
General Shopify distribution and live card issuance remain gated by final legal details, provider and sponsor-bank disclosures, protected-data review where applicable, PCI review and the approvals required by Shopify and Lithic.
